Introduction to the job
ASML brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. Our main headquarters are located in Veldhoven, the Netherlands. We also have offices in the US, Asia and several other countries in Europe. In total we have presence in 16 countries.

Due to the rapid growth of ASML in the past years, and growth expected in the coming years, the need has increased for a solid and scalable Learning & Development organization. As technology advances and diversity and complexity of ASMLs products is growing, knowledge-sharing and learning – shared and connected across sectors - becomes even more essential. Part of this program are the workstreams for enhancing learning & knowledge management infrastructure and dashboards. These workstreams will enable the employee and management to drive their development, find information, and to learn from each other while supported by innovative technology.

Role and responsibilities

Role Objective

The Project coordinator Learning works with the workstream lead and Infrastructure team to consult, advice and help implement learning solutions that create the most value for ASML. Responsible for the design, development and realization of the future learning ecosystem within ASML.

Job description and challenges:
• Performing solutions design and setting requirements for the future learning landscape within ASML
• Balances ASML priorities and offers solutions that incorporate sector requirements and technical feasibility
• Remediates and offers advice on privacy and security related aspects
• Helps the team to determine and define clear deliverables (EPIC’s, user stories, acceptance criteria and Definition of Done)
• Builds a roadmap that progressively unlocks functionality based upon sector and academy feedback
• Build scenario’s, conclusions and recommendations for decision making on program level
• Prepares decision making and tollgate approvals
• Communicates clearly and transparently on the rationale of decisions to relevant stakeholders
• Helps to prepare the hand-over to the standing organization (sustain organization)
• Collaborates closely with the EPIC leads to ensure timely decision making and involvement of required stakeholders
• Supports the workstream lead on monitoring the performance of learning delivery
• Builds expertise and leverages expert knowledge on the full learning lifecycle (business/ learning needs analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation)

Education and experience

Competences:
Professional:
• 5+yrs project coordination
• Experience in Learning technology
• Stakeholder management skills
• In depth and relevant learning & consultancy experience (+5 years)
• Advanced consulting skills
• LXP knowledge ( EdCast is a pre)
