We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach who will be coaching teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in the IT Research & Development (R&D) domain. Our people are proud to be supporting our internal and external customers with state-of-the-art solutions. Teams are a mixture of young talent and senior specialist with a strong focus on delivering business value for our stakeholder. The teams and ARTs in the IT R&D domain are closely collaborating with teams in ASML’s Development & Engineering (D&E) sector.
Roles and Responsibilities
As an Agile Coach you have a pivotal role in our Agile journey. As we are maturing and scaling our Agile way of working, we encounter challenges. You will ensure that our teams understand and follow the guiderails and ASML frameworks related to our Agile way of working. By facilitating workshops on related topics and individual- and group coaching you will be closely involved in further embedding Agile practices and mindset in our organization.
You will:
Create an environment for teams and individuals to be able to continuously improve the Agile way of working
Help teams to deliver more value and increase customer satisfaction
Have a strong focus on continuous improvement within your Agile Release Train
Stimulate true end-to-end responsibility
Facilitate workshops and interventions
Build a culture of trust and self-organization
Education and Experience
You need to be able to understand team dynamics, group dynamics and are easily able to adjust your coaching style towards your (key) stakeholders. At the same time, it is a strong suit when you are able to unconsciously steer your stakeholders towards the continuous improvement mindset.
Summarized:
At least 10 years of experience in an international and Agile environment
At least 3 years of experience acting in similar Agile Coaching positions
Technically savvy, understanding IT in an Agile setting
SAFe certified
MSc. or BSc. in the area of Information Management or equivalent
Skills
Excellent communication and networking skills
A passion for continuous improvement
Is able to apply the Agile mindset, principles and practices
Is able to observe team dynamics and coach for creating high performing teams
Is able to observe leadership behavior and impact, and coach on Agile Leadership
Group facilitation
Metrics and trend analysis
Is able to listen to others and connect with people
Actively gives and seeks constructive feedback and dares to have courageous conversations
Trustworthy and acts with integrity
Context of the position
You will report to the Group Lead of Agile Coaches at IT and will collaborate with other Agile Coaches working in similar domains.
