Introduction to the job
This new patch server will be built on Python and Django ReST and GraphQL services with a React frontend, it will consist of several microservices and run on a Kubernetes cluster. It will be supported by several middleware applications such as ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, Oracle and Artifactory.

Role and responsibilities
The Patch Admin team always aim to deliver software at a high quality, we avoid sacrifices here to maintain our velocity. Practically this means that we practice test driven development and perform end-to-end automated testing on our software. This means that despite the age of the other existing applications, they are still actively maintained and enjoy a high test coverage and high quality deliveries.

Our way of working is strongly based on the Safe methodology, day-to-day work on user stories is organized with Agile/Scrum, planning of features is done with quarterly product increment events. The culture in the team is open and very collaborative, real strong team players. On bigger features we work together by pair-programming and we put significant effort in refinement to clarify our stories and ensure we're aligned on the solution direction.

Education and experience
- At least BSc in IT or related subject or relevant work experience.
